"The greatest gift you can give the next generation is a healthier planet and a conscious way of life."
Our journey toward conscious living began 10 years ago, driven by a simple yet profound question: How can we provide the best for our children while honoring the world they will inherit?
It all started with food. Like most parents, we wanted our children to have the healthiest meals. Chemical free food seemed like the answer, but the transition was far from easy. Availability was limited and planning meals became a family effort. Despite the initial challenges, we supported each other, determined to make it work. Little did we know, this would only be the beginning of a life-altering transformation.
A Broader Awakening
As we delved deeper into conscious living, we realized that toxins were everywhere—not just in food, but in the cleaning products we used daily. Alarmed by the harmful chemicals polluting our homes and groundwater, we decided to take action.
Our experiment began with homemade cleaning solutions. Over 15 to 18 months, we navigated trial and error, testing natural alternatives until we found effective replacements for every chemical cleaner in our home. The result? Immense satisfaction in knowing we were contributing to a cleaner planet. Every drop of water leaving our home was free of harmful chemicals—a small yet meaningful step toward sustainability.

Natural Farming
For my husband, Shravan, this journey extended to the soil. His passion for natural farming led him to cultivate 20 acres of land using sustainable practices. Over the years, he has produced thousands of liters of natural cleaners, sharing them with those eager to transition to a chemical-free lifestyle.
Shravan’s commitment doesn’t end there. From promoting naturally grown and processed food to embracing zero-waste practices and natural fiber clothing, he embodies conscious living in every aspect of life. His service extends to goshalas, where he contributes to the welfare of cows—a cornerstone of sustainable agriculture.

A Shared Vision
Our collective journey took on greater purpose when my in-laws, inspired by these values, pledged their wealth to establish the Conscious Living Foundation. Together, we envisioned a platform that would share the principles of natural living with the world.
The Foundation operates as a not-for-profit, staying true to its mission of service. By choosing purpose over profit and trust over transactions, we’re creating a community where every step you take – like switching to healthier products or reducing plastic – contributes to something bigger.
Why Conscious Living Matters
Many of the health and environmental challenges we face today didn’t exist 50 years ago. From chronic illnesses linked to chemicals in our food and products to the devastating effects of pollution on ecosystems, the evidence is clear: our current way of living is unsustainable.
Conscious living is the antidote. It’s about returning to the roots of what truly matters—nourishing our bodies with clean food, protecting our environment, and fostering connections that enrich our lives.
We believe in going beyond awareness to action, creating a lifestyle that leaves the world better than we found it.
The Path Ahead
This journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Conscious living demands awareness, patience, and persistence. It involves unlearning harmful habits and embracing new ways of thinking. But every step has been worth it.

For our Family, this is more than a personal choice—it’s a calling. Through the Conscious Living Foundation, we hope to inspire others to take that first step toward a healthier, more sustainable future.
Conscious living is not about perfection. It’s about progress. It’s about recognizing that every small change contributes to a larger movement for good.
Together, we can create a world where health, harmony, and sustainability are within everyone’s reach. To Join the Movement, visit www.consciousliving.life
