My First Experience of Bliss

Updated: Dec 31, 2024

In 2011, I had my first taste of bliss that redefined my relationship with the Divine. This state was so addictive that I wanted to go back to it again and again.

In 2011, I attended a spiritual retreat that became a defining moment in my journey. At the time, I believed in a supreme power, but I lacked a personal bond with God. With a heart full of longing, I offered a simple prayer: "I want to experience ultimate happiness."

Three days later, during a process called Ananda Mandala, I experienced something extraordinary. As I meditated, I felt my chakras activating one by one, from the base of my spine upward. The energy rose within me like a coiled serpent, powerful and unstoppable. Each chakra unleashed immense energy, propelling my kundalini higher and higher.

When the energy finally reached my Sahasrara, or crown chakra, I was engulfed in a state of ultimate bliss—a happiness so profound it transcended all reason. For four hours, I existed in pure ecstasy, immersed in an unshakable state of gratitude and surrender.

In that moment, I realized something profound: this bliss, this state of ultimate happiness, is a gift that every human deserves to experience—even if just for a moment.

It was then that I made a promise to the Divine:

"If this is bliss, let every human taste it at least once in their life. Use me for your work."

This experience deepened my bond with the Divine and became the starting point of my life’s mission—to help others unlock their Divinity and connect with the boundless grace of the Divine.
